Fees and exchange rates are clearly displayed before any transaction. Transactions are generally final once confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party banks or for losses due to your failure to secure your account.
You may not use our services for illegal purposes, fraud, money laundering, or any activity violating US law or sanctions. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for compliance, risk, or policy violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States.
